Why Are Some People So Difficult? Do you get along smoothly with your family, friends, co-workers, staff and customers? If you are like most of us, sometimes you do, and sometimes you don’t. Your own perspective may be part of your problem, especially if you think that your perspective is the “right” one. Everyone filters out most of their environment, and chooses to focus on, and prioritize one thing at a time. However, the choices we each make are different. We all have different priorities. If you stay fixed in your own perspective, and unable to see others, you are doomed to repeat past relationship failures and challenges. It may be time for your “booster shot” to enhance the communication and motivation skills you already have. Take a class at the Community College. The internet and the library are full of books and video presentations on these subjects. Take a topic each week – like active listening – and share what you learn with those around you.
